* SIZINGS :Rings are sold in ‘stock’ size as stated on the website . Most designs can be sized up or down a couple of sizes. Please inquire first to confirm. Sizing cost is additional. Finger size measured elsewhere is not covered by any warranty if incorrect. The ring size on a ring will not change, but because a customers finger can become larger or smaller because of diet,medication, the weather or weight change, we can only guarantee ring sizings for 30 days from the date of delivery/collection.
* Shipping within NZ via courier, signature required and tracked , non rural (rural additional ) . No PO Boxes. Shipping is at clients own risk * INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UNAVAILABLE
* In stock items allow 1 – 2 weeks depending on destination within New Zealand.
* ‘ Made to Order ‘ – Allow 4 – 6 weeks for orders (non refundable, no returns , no exchanges)
* ‘ Custom Orders /commissions ‘, are limited so please contact Julie directly to discuss julie@designerjeweller.co.nz
* Payment in full on all orders prior to dispatch, including INSURANCE claims.
* LAY-BUY – is not available ( due to being a small business this service is not viable )
* ‘ONE OF A KIND’ means only one available. IMPORTANT : Julie Pijfers owns the designs and concepts she comes up with. She will not limit or restrict designs to exclusive clients or one-offs, and holds the right to reproduce in part or full any design.
* All designs are exclusive to and remain the property of Julie Pijfers including one – off designs and commission work
* VOUCHERS are not redeemable for cash and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Can be redeemed IN STORE ONLY.
* RETURNS – please choose carefully as we DO NOT REFUND if you change your mind. Returns/exchanges* are within 7 days accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging, providing the goods are in their original/as new UNWORN condition (definition of ‘As New Condition’: the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of “As New Condition” is at the sole discretion of Julie Pijfers Designer Jeweller). *EXCLUDES earrings due to hygiene reasons, and special/custom orders . All returns are subject to inspection. Shipping at customers expense and risk. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. General wear and tear excluded.
* WARRANTY – there is a 12mth warranty on all workmanship .This excludes general wear & tear. Proof of purchase must be provided.
* CUSTOM ORDERS – no returns, no refunds , no exchanges, non refundable deposit
* SALE items cannot be returned/exchanged and are NON REFUNDABLE so please choose carefully
* DRESS RINGS are intended for occasional wear as they often contain large and / or semi precious gems which won’t with stand daily wear and tear . If unsure don’t hesitate to ask .
* LIABILITY – Julie Pijfers Designer Jeweller will not be liable for any damage / loss / wear & tear incurred post purchase . In the case of loss / damage please refer to your insurance company.
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards for payment via Paypal. After you have checked out you will receive email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us as there may have been a problem with the checkout process and your order may not proceed. We take your security seriously and none of your credit card details are stored by us. During the checkout process we DO NOT process your credit card details. At the time of checkout you are sent to Paypal to complete the transaction via their secure systems. All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars.

Julie Pijfers Designer Jeweller does not engage in the purchase and/or selling of blood diamonds, conflict diamonds & rubies. All gemstones are obtained from verifiable sources & mines.
